Mr. Wu entered the stainless steel industry in 1999, starting as an apprentice in stainless steel processing, then opening a shop and moving on to pipe distribution. This journey has spanned over two decades. When asked about his business secrets, Mr. Wu smiled and said, “There’s really no secret. When a dealer is willing to invest time and effort in visiting customers, they sense respect and that their needs are attentive. This naturally builds trust, making cooperation easier.” Mr. Wu said that while this method is a bit clumsy, it is undoubtedly the most effective one.
